Preceptors are responsible for your Supervised Practice Experiences. It is the responsibility of the Participant to arrange his/her supervised practice hours for the clinical, management, and community experience (How to Find Preceptor Form). Participant must provide the ISPP Coordinator with Preceptor information (name, phone number, email address and postal address) for each rotation at least 4 weeks before Supervised Practice Experience begins. Each Preceptor has to complete a Preceptor Qualification Form which will be returned to the ISPP Coordinator.
