Participant is required to have health and professional liability insurance coverage if required by the Supervised Practice Sites where he/she is scheduled to rotate. Participant is responsible for keeping track of insurance records and keeping current with the Supervised Practice Site. Professional liability insurance is approximately $20.00 to $35.00 for a one year policy and varies from state to state. Insurance can be purchased from Mercer once you are a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
