13.3 - LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Updated: 1/29/2019

Once it is determined that the Preceptor can provide adequate supervision, the ISPP Coordinator will contact the Preceptor to obtain a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with the Supervised Practice Site and the Preceptor, along with the Preceptor’s resume. No rotation can begin until LOA and resume are on file.  Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may delay Participant’s start time and projected ISPP completion date. While at the Supervised Practice Site, Participants should not be compensated for their time and must not be used to replace employees.
