The Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) requires a verification statement upon completion of the ISPP to indicate completion of Supervised Practice requirements and establish eligibility to write the registration examination for dietitians. Participating in the ISPP does not guarantee that the Participant will receive a verification statement. The Internship Director will only provide the verification statement upon the Participant’s satisfactory completion of the ISPP requirements.
Upon successful completion of the ISPP, the Internship Director will provide each Participant with five (5) copies of the verification statement. In addition, a copy of the verification statement will be maintained indefinitely.
